The one day watermelon diet is an easy way to slim yourself up for a special evening. Eat nothing else expect a watermelon with it's juices during the day. Ok some glasses of water is still ok. Then be amazed when you look in the mirror in the evening before you wear the dress you haven't been able fit into before without loads of babyoil.
